Shipping

Shipment within the EU. In order to deliver the product to the Customer, we use the services of professional logistics partners. We deliver our products in packages or on pallets.
Shipping costs are determined individually with each Customer, depending on the weight of the products, shipping destination and Customer’s preferences.

Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and beyond the EU. We can deliver our products anywhere in the world. For shipments outside Europe, any customs and tax fees should be added to the shipping costs.
In order to deliver the product to the Customer, we use the services of professional logistics partners.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services, but if any unexpected situations occur, we are here to help.

Damaged products. After receiving the product, please check that it meets your expectations and that it has not been damaged during transport. In the event of any damage to the product or packaging, please contact us within 5 days of delivering the product. Please document the damage and report the problem to the courier.

Undamaged products: You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. More information on the return of an undamaged product can be found on our website, in the Regulations tab.

In the event of damage, we will replace the product with a new one or refund the value of the product. If the return is approved, the funds will be transferred to the account indicated by you within 30 days.

Payments

All payments are made after placing the order on the basis of the issued proforma invoice. After posting the bank transfer, the order will be processed. Monumental is not responsible for additional fees charged by the Client’s bank.
